Robert Chen was never an environmentalist. He wasn't even aware of the climate change issue. Despite hearing about it sporadically in the news, he didn't think it was a real problem because it didn't seem like the government or those around him were treating it like a real problem.

This all changed when he attended one of Al Gore's Climate Reality presentations. After being presented with concrete facts about man-made global warming and real-life examples of the deadly consequences, he realized just how serious the problem really is and knew that something must be done immediately before it's too late.

Being the founder of Embrace Possibility, a professional coaching and training company, Robert wanted to use his communication skills and sales training to help spread the message about what's really happening with climate change to inspire others to action like he was inspired. He hopes to have children in the near future and would like them to have a world that will be safe to live in.

Despite not being a climatologist, Robert's BA in Chemistry and Economics from Cornell University coupled with his ability to simplify complex information, allows him to both understand and present climate change evidence in an easy-to-understand way.
